This is an easy to follow exercise and diet plan. The books describes the plan very well and describes the exercises and the interval training very well (despite using TONS of funny one-liners). The book also claims that it takes only about an hour a week, which I doubt - but luckily once you get going, doing a few hours a week isn't bad. I'd recommend this book for any previously athletic types that have gotten a bit overweight (10-40 lbs).
